Work Done:
- Original rounded pilots recreated
- HEP modified
- Rewired, but not upgraded to Dash-2 specs
- Air conditioner installed
- APU installed, plus some other minor gadgets
- Returned to 62:15 gear ratio rated at 65 mph

Notes:
- This 'rebuild' was little more than a major overhaul
- Previously rebuilt from F7A by Morrison-Knudsen and reclassed F9PH by replacing 567 engine with 16-645, rated at 1,750 hp
- The NS reclass from F9PH to F9A has nothing to do with this overhaul
