Work Done:
 - Converted to slug masters for RP-E4, RP-E4D, and RP-E4C slugs
 - Air conditioner installed
 - Upgraded to Dash-2 specifications where applicable
 - Changed from long hood forward to short hood forward where applicable
 - Original cab and long hood reused (stock GP40-2's only)
 - New cab installed, original long hood reused (ex-GP40's only)
 - New cab installed, SD40 long hood installed and modified (ex-GP38's only)
 - APU installed in some (until a certain time that NS stopped installing APUs)
 - Units 3003-3064 cab signal equipped; 3071-3076 cab signal & LSL equipped
