 - Upgraded to Dash-2 specifications (ex-GP40's only)
 - Changed from long hood forward to short hood forward (ex-GP40's only)
 - New cab installed, original long hood reused (ex-GP40's only)
 - APU installed
 - All units LSL equipped
 - Units 3003-3018, 3071-3076 cab signal equipped
