 - 16-645 engine modified to run on compressed natural gas with autostart/stop (kit from Energy Conversions Inc); new engine model "16-645ESIP"
 - New short-nose admiral cab installed (unit was built as a highhood and previously rebuilt with an EMD-style lownose cab)
 - Fuel tank ballasted for extra weight with new battery boxes mounted to it
 - Cab signal and LSL equipped
 - Upgraded to slug master for slug/tender NS 799 RP-E4C
