Work Done:
 - Complete conversion to new slug
 - New cab installed on some, others kept their old cab
 - Cab signal, LSL and dynamic brake equipped
 - Approximately 25 yards of concrete added for ballast
 - Switched to short hood forward where applicable

Notes:
 - These are road slugs with cabs and full height long hoods setup to operate with the GP40-2 masters
 - Classified by NS as power group 1, 4 axles of power, 4 axles of extended range dynamics
 - A frame check on NS 701 revealed that the original former unit numbers we had for 700 and 701 were incorrect,
so we swapped the two (7/2010)
 - A frame check on NS 703 revealed that the original former unit numbers we had for 703 and 704 were incorrect,
so we swapped the two (6/2011)
